How do I place an order at Zeolith-Bentonit-Versand?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart.

You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by ticking the box "Remove" or cancelling the order procedure. By clicking the button "Go to Checkout" you will be taken to the next ordering step.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and your password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notification). We will not use your data for any other purpose or pass it on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method.

3. Check shipping address / Select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your preferred shipping method an.

4a. Same shipping and billing address / Select payment method

If your shipping and billing addresses are the same, you can now select your preferred payment method and continue to point 5. If the billing address is different, please follow the instructions under point 4b.

4b. Add different billing address / Select payment method

If your billing address differs from your shipping address, please remove the green tick under billing address. Address fields will now appear where you can enter the billing address. Then please select your desired method of payment and go to the next point.

5. Complete the ordering procedure / General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Please check that all the entered information is correct and read the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can continue with the order only if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy (tick). By clicking the button "Buy now" you are sending your order to us. In so doing, you are submitting a legally binding order.
